Born in Algeria in 1962, Khoukhi joined QSC as a youth player in 1981, where he quickly established himself as one of the most talented players in the club's history.

Over the years, Khoukhi became a legend at QSC, scoring numerous goals and helping the team win several titles, including the Qatar Stars League and the AFC Champions League. In addition to his impressive on-field performance, Khoukhi is also known for his excellent leadership qualities, which helped to inspire the team and its fans.
